Description

Odem Mountain, Odem Forest, Viognier Chardonnay, 2020: A blend dominated by Viognier. Straw colored with green reflections. The nose shows honeysuckle, stone fruits such as yellow plums and apricots, with notes of golden apple and lemon peel. Light to medium-bodied, with on the palate ripe yellow plum, tart apricot, some earthy minerals with hints of lime, medium acidity, and a touch of citrus pith on the moderately long finish. A well-made and pleasant white wine for casual drinking.
