This very complex and unique blend of Petite Sirah (aka Durif) form 3 different vineyard sites around the Judean Hills is also co-fermented with a tiny amount of Viognier and then aged for 16 months in French and American Oak. This unique winemaking style creates a wine of complexity, elegance and balance with subtle floral notes throughout.
