Our Reserve wines reflect our wine philosophy, old and new, young and wild; delicate with presence, delightfulyet not pretentious. A wine that transcends paradox. The wine was produced from Chardonnay grapes that were hand-harvested from selected plots in Ella Valley. After gentle pressing, the wine underwent cold temperature fermentation to pres4erve the fruit aromas. The wine has a bright straw color, aromas of peach, apricot, orange peel and fresh blossom followed by a hint of butter. This medium bodied wine is well balanced with refresing acidity leading to a long and lingering finish.
