A blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Shiraz, this wine was crafted from high-quality selected plots in the Ella Valley area. The wine was aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, and is bursting with delicate aromas of vanilla and dark fruit, with an impressive balance of fruit and oak flavors on the palate, and a long, lingering, and elegant finish.
