The Shiloh Shor series comprises single varietal red wines with the Shor Cabernet Sauvignon offering fragrant black fruit aromas. Cherries, cassis, and plum on the palate, followed by vanilla, licorice and hints of spice and pepper round out this luscious full-bodied wine. The Shiloh Shor Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French oak barrels for 15 months adding to its complexity and offering rich tannins and a long finish.
