Otzar Premium (No Sulfites Added) 2018

Description

This limited production of Otzar Premium produced in Tzfas is one of 800 bottles. On the nose this wine shows rich red fruit with some spice, basil, tobacco and savory notes that follow through on the palate, with more intense fruit lingering on the finish. The big tannins and bright acidity offer structure to this well integrated wine. Aged for 12 months in new French oak, this wine has no added sulfites, allow two hours of decanting if drinking within 5 years of vintage.
