Description

The Or Haganuz Elima is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc from vineyards that overlook Mount Meron. This wine has no added sulfites and garnered a 90 point score from Wine Enthusiast. After undergoing a slow cold fermentation process the wine is aged in French Oak for 14 months. Nice and balanced on the palate this wine showcases red fruit flavors balanced with mild herb notes and clove and spice from the oak influences.
