Notes about the Louis Blanc Cote de Brouilly 2018. The Louis Blanc Cote de Brouilly has an interesting color, garnet in the middle which fades to brown at the rim even though the wine is only from 2018. This wine had top of the line legs, that goes on for days. The aromas of this wine is amazing, like fresh flowers freshly picked from the ground, where the smell is part floral, part earth. There are also aromas of freshly picked cherries and red grapes. There is a nice sweetness on the nose, almost like red licorice that is super nice. The mouth is silky light to medium bodied with more fruit and flowers. The wine is balanced, there is not too much of anything and it has a touch of acid at the end. There is not a lot of tannic but a really good finish.
