This deep, crimson, almost opaque wine is muscular yet velvety in taste, leaving an impression on your palate while being easy to enjoy. Butterscotch and smokey notes emerge from the French Oak barrels in which the grapes have aged for 18 months. These grapes are grown in the Beit El vineyards standing at 850 meters above sea level where cool summer evenings allow the grapes to attain their full ripeness. In order to achieve the highest level of quality in every regard, they then vinify them with the optimal standards of low yields, three-week maceration on the skins, and utilizing only free-run unfiltered juices.
