Produced in Galilee, Israel; one of three regions in Israel that produce 80% of the country’s wine. These specific Chardonnay grapes come from vines grown near Zichron Ya’akov - The vineyard location was chosen by the experts of Baron Rothschild over a century ago. This wine is produced from the gently pressed, superior first free-run juice of the grapes. After undergoing a gradual and supervised fermentation, the wine was fermented for three weeks in stainless steel vats, followed by its stabilizing process and malolactic fermentation.
