This wine has a nose of cherries, plums and sweet dark fruits with a soft, buttery taste. The palate offers notes of vanilla, cloves, dark chocolate and green tea.
Produced by the Dalton Winery in the Galilee region, which is the most northern and generally considered best appellation in Israel. This wine is a blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, and 9% Cabernet Franc. It is aged for 14 months in large French oak barrels, creating a full-bodied and buttery wine with a well-rounded finish.
